1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Phroxxendhim website (phroxxendhim.world) and our decor rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Rental Services

Phroxxendhim provides decor and furniture rental services for events in Australia. All rentals are subject to availability and our rental agreement terms. Rental periods, pricing, and available items are specified at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Payment

To secure a rental booking, a deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required. The remaining balance is due before delivery or pickup of items. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

4. Care of Rental Items

Customers are responsible for the care of rented items during the rental period. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear. Damage beyond normal wear, loss, or theft of items will result in repair or replacement charges at current market value.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the event forfeit the deposit. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery.

6. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup times are scheduled based on availability and must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event. Customers must ensure venue access during scheduled delivery and pickup windows. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside standard service areas.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Phroxxendhim and protected by Australian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Phroxxendhim is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific rental in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
